GOING OUT WITH MY FRIEND TODAY
Need 2 recharge and stretch my legs. She wants some good food, I want some good company. It works out. Maybe I'll see something nice today, maybe not. Either way, I tend 2 forget that I'm a human person with needs sometimes. Desperately need 2 unclench and 2 clear my head.

Going out even when you dont want to
The existential dread is making me not want to leave my house :( however I must Go Out and See My Friends. This is a rec for me - staying in will not help the anxiety go away, so you might as well interact with friends.

Even if you’re miserable, you’ll find out that forcing yourself to hang out with friends will help more than you can imagine. If they ask you to hang out, say yes, and by the end of the hangout you’ll realize how good of an idea it was.
