The existential dread is making me not want to leave my house :( however I must Go Out and See My Friends. This is a rec for me - staying in will not help the anxiety go away, so you might as well interact with friends.
I saw a video of a girl saying to always say yes to hanging out with friends because it might the last and a new fun memories can come out of it. (I know it sounds corny but it has always stuck with me)
Even if you’re miserable, you’ll find out that forcing yourself to hang out with friends will help more than you can imagine. If they ask you to hang out, say yes, and by the end of the hangout you’ll realize how good of an idea it was.
