Hi! I have been studying astrology for a few years but I haven’t personally experienced a Saturn return so I can only tell you from what I have read up to this point in time so I’m hoping there is at least some merit in what I say here Saturn return is not as scary as some pop astrologers would have you believe, it’s just another growing pain except this time you are taking everything you have ever learned in your life in regards to your own subconscious (4th house) self expression/ego/soul (Sun), your passion/desires, your actions/in-actions (Mars), your thought process + feelings + communication (Moon + Mercury), and maybe even your own family/ancestry as well (4th + 8th house).  You may have felt repressed or constrained in these areas; constantly weighing the consequences of your actions up until this point due to unfair treatment either coming from a situation itself or an incredibly harsh consequence that did not match the mistake made. So long as you remain patient and utilize all past knowledge through your life’s experiences, all the obstacles in your way this year will fall away and you will be so much stronger and so much more confident in yourself which will also reflect in your environment and relationships as well!! It may feel a bit weird too, either things are moving way too fast or stagnating a bit but it’s all for your greater good!! Your patience is one of your greatest superpowers! I hope this helped you in some way and I wish you the best of luck in this time :)

today, on the exact date of my first saturn return, i’d like to remind you to reflect on how far you’ve come and to pat yourself on the back. it ain’t easy out here but you’re right where you’re supposed to be. the best is yet to come.

I turned 30 during Melbourne’s marathon pandemic lockdowns so it was a bit of a non-event which just made me realise it’s pretty chill. Your Saturn Return can be pretty bumpy but once you’re on the other side, things feel like they’re within reach and the world seems brighter and lighter. I enjoy my own company more, want to explore the world and feel more equipped to tackle whatever the universe throws at me. It may be cringe but I am cringe and I am free!!!
