it‘s way easier to hyperfocus on a thing if it’s not yours! my boyfriend left his bass at my apartment and the fact that i will soon not have it anymore makes me want to play it all the time!! (this is good bc idk how to play the bass yet)

🎹I hadn’t played the piano in literally years but I found an electric one dirt cheap and gave it a shot. Its been my most fulfilling hobby and I’m practicing more than I ever did when I took lessons, take this as your sign to try and find a cheap instrument and just get back into it if you lost interest as a kid.
