….NOT!!! I do actually love smoking before bed it’s awesome but I need to remember my dreams… I’m missing messages I fear and need to focus 👀it’s been my goal to lucid dream and have an OBE but i cannot do that if I don’t remember it 🚫+ I need to not smoke everyday it’s really hard tho #addicted 😣know I can do it I’m just anxious 👎🏻butttt reading a chapter of book rn before bed hopefully slumber will be restful💤🛌oh and short meditation + body scan ! I need to take care of myself better 🫂

SMOKING LIKE A PRINCESS

treating my relationship with weed more like a ritual for end of day relaxation rather than a necessity to block out anxiety/mood swings has helped me so much. i’ve been adding in herbs like jasmine, damiana, mugwort, etc into the mix as well, which is fun because it makes me feel like a witch running a little herbal apothecary (bonus point for putting the herbs into little glass bottle with cork tops). anyways buying beautiful glassware is a fundamental step for me as well, because it’s impossible for me to do literally anything without romanticizing tf out of it.

peddling falsehoods

I was inspired by a Righteous Gemstones quote, and now instead of saying gossip and lies, I've been using sayings like telling fables, tall tales, making dubious claims etc .. Yesterday my friend dropped "Yo bro you're peddling falsehoods right now" and it fucking killed me I don't know why this is so funny to me I woke up laughing about it. Anyways

I am big emoji fan🤪they allow me to express myself through the screen... i think at this point I should be able to use emojis in my essays and serious emials 💯 it would fill my life with more joy... 🌟
