this is mostly to pat myself on the back. My smear test got cancelled and they were trying to rearrange it for a month away. I said NO! This is a proof of cure smear test! To make sure the procedure i had to prevent cancer worked?! I am not waiting an extra month! They booked me in next week π

This doc went home to his baby daughter and saw that his wife put up glow stars on the ceiling of her room. He thought to himself βdamn, I wish cancer would just glow and I could get it out with my cancer slashersβ
So doc returns to the lab and cooks up some glow juice. A few tests later and my man has done it! You get an IV of glow juice before surgery and then invite the docs to your cancer disco.
My mom is in the midst of her cancer disco-ectomy this morning and the DJ is Dr. TumorGlow himself. I am so proud and hopeful

This is so serious and not cool-fun and I'm sorry, but I beat breast cancer last year (yay ππΌ) and the clinic I got treatment from uses Noona. Appointments, test results, lab results, billing questions... A symptom tracker!! Messaging options. It really came in handy for so many things and I was grateful to have it! The app didn't save my life, but kept me in close touch with the team that contributed the most. Definitely made going through the fight a lot easier!
While we're here, for the sake of awareness. FEEL UP YOUR BREASTS, often. Don't assume anything abnormal that you feel is something harmless. Modern medicine is amazing and it's not a death sentence anymore. Get genetic testing if it's an option (it's stupid expensive.) I was diagnosed at 39 and I've learned that people are getting diagnosed younger and younger every year...
