Something I’ve always wanted to try by myself for the longest time. Maybe after I finish my masters and save up enough money… I want to leave this hustle and bustle behind for a few months.
Saw an old acquaintance recently is in the midst of backpacking across some mountain trail in Japan by himself living the dream… and it kinda made me realise what I could be doing with my life once I pull everything together.
i have always been nomadic at heart, so my favorite thing to do is just pack up the car with camping gear and snacks and pick a direction. make sure you have gas money and stop at all the stupid lil stops you see along the way like the world's largest rocking chair and only eat at small local restaurants and drink too much caffeine and take lots of pictures. it's so freeing and you'll have so many fun stories.
