👯Me and a friend have started doing virtual coworking once a week. We video call in the morning and do a big brain dump with all the things we want to do that week and give each other advice. Then we gossip for a bit (important). Then we sit down and video call (I do it on my phone to stop me scrolling) and set a timer to work for 50 minutes. I get so much done! They sent me this link to a 4 hour video version of this same method if this sounds like it would be useful for you.

👔what do you want your days to look like? how much structure do you need? the 8+ hour workday is a grind. office culture is a grind. organizational hierarchy is a grind. parenting in hostile family leave environments is a grind. decide what you want your time to look like and work backward to see what allows that.
