Idgaf about ice cold water. I’ll drink it room temp or whatever so I‘ve always used the tap instead of my or other peoples fridge water. Tap has also always been the move because it’s so much faster. I’m always in a rush when I get water for no reason other than to avoid being bored while filling up my bottle. But the other day I got fridge water to challenge myself. It took a lot longer than the sink. It was boring but that was good. My heart rate slowed and I noticed my breathe for the first time that day. It was crisper and delicious asf too. Who knew

I swear I love water so icy it the condensation is on my water bottle and it feels cold going down- I also however love drinking plain hot water as a go to for sipping (like tea but without the tea part). Anything but room temp- appreciate the range plain water has!

There’s something so awesome about filling up a glass straight from the sink and downing it. And then downing another. Tap water is so awesome, feel so blessed I get to drink it all the time.

I feel my eyes widen in the morning after I drink my Mary Ruth’s liquid multivitamin. Yes vitamins are good (yes) but I think the ritual of taking it in the morning and my established perception of putting vitamins in my body amplifies its effects. Sooo yep placebo is effecting me👌👌 But if it works it works so here’s to placebo yall
