I used to not like journaling til I started treating it as my notes app, writing chores, poems, thoughts, drawing, everything !! having a space where u can do literally anything feels super fun and freeing

I've been journaling lately, and it's been such a game-changer! It's super simple โ€“ just grab a notebook or even an app on your phone. The best part is, there's no right or wrong way to do it. You can write (draw) about anything that's on your mind, from daily happenings to random thoughts and feelings. It's a great way to clear your head and get in touch with yourself. Plus, it can be really therapeutic to see your thoughts on paper (or screen). You might find it helps you process stuff and even spark some new ideas. Give it a try

I journal nearly every day and it has changed my life. I feel like I know myself much more deeply and remember things better because of it. Sometimes I write many pages and other times just a few sentences. I like how it can be as silly or serious as I want and I like how itโ€™s only for me.

I love journaling. Writing, drawing, listing, word vomiting, listening to music/lyrics, etc. It is how I keep myself safe, sane, and smart about my emotions. I am always getting better at it.

Love all his work and recently found out he coined the term โ€œambient musicโ€ which is telling of how impactful his work has been for the musical landscape of the past 50 years, and his latest album just shows how heโ€™s still got it
