I journal nearly every day and it has changed my life. I feel like I know myself much more deeply and remember things better because of it. Sometimes I write many pages and other times just a few sentences. I like how it can be as silly or serious as I want and I like how it’s only for me.

I've been journaling lately, and it's been such a game-changer! It's super simple – just grab a notebook or even an app on your phone. The best part is, there's no right or wrong way to do it. You can write (draw) about anything that's on your mind, from daily happenings to random thoughts and feelings. It's a great way to clear your head and get in touch with yourself. Plus, it can be really therapeutic to see your thoughts on paper (or screen). You might find it helps you process stuff and even spark some new ideas. Give it a try

I’ve had a diary/journal ever since I was in 2nd grade (shoutouts to Amelia’s Notebook for sparking something in me). My journal is one of my most prized possessions. It’s my confidante, my source of inspiration, my friend. Journaling has always allowed me to unapologetically express myself. I’ve learned to embrace my voice through writing. I love when I read back on past journal entries and be like, ‘Damn I wrote this?! This is poetry.’

Journaling saves my life on a daily basis. Being able to become present after a long hectic day or even just taking time to recount a beautiful day is really grounding to me. It’s so insane to be able to look back at a journal from three years ago and feel exactly how you / your world around you felt at that time. Also, a great alternative to social media. - Jack

It’s just nice to mix it up every once in awhile. I think it’s a healthy way to deal with sadness too.
