Big believer in a soft, mild, holy cheese. Theyβre so delicious on a sandwich or charcuterie board bc they amplify the taste of whatever theyβre paired with. great teammates, but perhaps not the mvps. its more about the texture I think.

That is a good snacking cheese. My real fav is aged Gouda from the Netherlands but that's a bit hard to get

GRUYERE, COMTE, MANCHEGO
gruyere and comte are on the milder side but hit the spot manchego is a bit tangier.. π
