I remember being like 16 when this came out and I was obsessed, every product I wanted came from one of these videos. I miss the old glossier marketing, the homemade video feel.
I just watched a TikTok (π) OK Go made about making the music video for Here It Goes Again and it warmed my heart. Sometimes we become so familiar with something we forget how magic it is. I really love reminiscing early internet / YouTube stuff, and this sums up the silliness a lot I think. OK Go were truly ahead of their time! Fuck ur big budget mv!!

it was so mesmerising seeing that logo pop up at the start/end of a youtube video that was either a lyric video, a fan edit or a compilation video.... the amount of hannah montana videos i consumed that were edited on one true media... yeah...
