even if no one tells you that you do, isn't it nice to go around all day smelling a fragrance you love? silently spreading a faint aroma to the people around you. it’s like an invisible letter into your soul. ok maybe not as deep as that but I like to think it is.

working in luxury retail and consequently getting into perfume changed me! and for the better. I love my little array of scents and matching them to the season/my aura that day/etc. so underrated

this isn’t an exaggeration. get out in the sun. take your shoes off and dig your toes in the dirt. lay in the grass and whatever you do, do not think. gratitude. peace. solitude. let those three things ring in the emptiness of your mind. PRAY/ listen/ breathe. a lot of this is contradictory, but it’s real. all of these things are real.

BIRD WATCHING

maybe you don’t have a pair of binoculars like me. all you need is patience (bird feeder recommended)! it’s so invigorating and calming seeing my feathered-friends visit. name them too. I love birds.
