i love hearing him talk about the passion he has for his craft - and seeing the heavy machinery he operates on the daily gives me a new fold in my tapestry of respect for blue collar folks.
it was also very silly meeting his 50+ old head coworkers that were very surprised young people took interest in such things!

visited my boyfriend who lives like 5 hours away and got to meet all of his friends! was so nice seeing the people important in his life. and they were hosting a summer dinner party so extra points for them being super awesome.
