simultaneously a relaxing and engaging hobby accessible to all levels - i listened to an audiobook on my plane ride whilst doing sudoku and it was a 10/10 experience
specifically in the NYT app (amazing for note taking) or a foreign booklet bought at an airport. the logic of it puts my mind at ease and keeps me sharp, it’s so addicting
Mental exercise 🏋️♂️, a simple but all-consuming addiction. I’ve played at least 1 game of sudoku every morning for months. I look forward to it, and find myself opening a game in progress rather than doomscrolling IG during those little moments of “in-between time”. I play on a phone app, but I’m seriously considering a back-pocket book of sudoku.
