Cliche, I know, but the introduction chapter had me kicking my feet and giggling thinking about radical epistemology and how we can change scientific thinking to include other peoples ways of knowing and learning!! this book permanently changed the way i view the world. it’s a book that combines the indigenous viewpoint with a more scientific one as the author is a Potawatomi botanist. it is such a beautifully written and insightful book that i’m sure you’ll enjoy even if you aren’t into all that nature/biology stuff (although that would help). 100/10 would absolutely recommend

Having a regular community gathering makes it easier every time. Split costs and eat something yummy you wouldn’t usually make for just yourself! What a joy to cook and eat together!! Perfect opportunity to put your phones down and talk and listen. We do weekly themes, see medieval and Ancient Rome below.
