In the running for probably my favorite book of all time. I wanted to be Anne so bad when I read this book for the first time when I was eleven. Since then I have reread this probably five or six times. The ultimate springtime read โ makes you cool with being alive again . My copy is from 1968 and basically ripped in half. If you have a tendency to be a miserable bitch who feels sorry for themselves you need some Anne pronto. I will never watch the show or movie because the book is so perfect in my little mind I donโt want anything to ruin it. PEI is my ultimate destination.
