one of my favorite, most slept-on bands ever. cheesy 80s pop that has no right to be as lyrically impressive and self-aware as it is. also they did a mostly instrumental record in 2003 called I Trawl the Megahertz thatβs all string arrangements with radio interview samples blended in if thatβs more your thing. awesome range, Cars and Girls was my most listened to song of 2024. also the singer dresses like that now so u know heβs the real deal
