Form of Meditation: for self care, for anxiety, for creativity:
EVERY morning write 3 pages. 3 pages of what? Anything. Everything. Nothing. Do it to get used to letting ideas stream out without being blocked by inner thoughts saying âthatâs weirdâ âthatâs not goodâ or âno one will careâ. Just do it. Just wrote 3 pages of whatever comes to mind to get into a self-regulated, non-toxic, affirmstive mode of thinking. To be brought closer to more easily having ideas, innovations, sparks. Just get rid of that negative self thought.
