Just came back from my improv class, it’s so fun to have a reason to play as a fully grown person. It feels like i‘m warming up my soul each class. I hope people find a way to be physically expressive in any way I think it makes a world of difference.

@MEGASAKSO hey Nehir! I think at least personally understanding and accepting absurdness has helped me go into improv classes without the pre-conceived notion of what is normal and what isn’t. I think being okay with this can help you break out of your shell at least in the context of improv. It’s so fun even though it does seem daunting at first.

ive been to my first yoga class this week so im pretty new. i love when the teacher says the name of the pose. like now we are doing the cow pose, the dog pose, the child pose, the tree… i remember when i was a kid and liked imitating things. yes i am a cow, i am a dog, i am a child and a tree. i also love when the teacher plays the guitar or some instrument. i love the breathing exercises.

hot yoga is probably my favorite reset. I feel like everything that im carrying around with me gets left on the mat. Creative outlets also are super helpful (I like pottery, painting, or diamond painting). But also just taking a you day and doing the things that remind you of your truest self I think helps :-)

I lost my moleskine notebook with almost three months of sketches and figure studies in them and sometimes I feel so sad that i’ll never see some of my drawings again, especially the watercolors… I hope whoever finds it cherishes it like I did.

I’m re-reading so many books recently. Ocean Vuong, Patti Smith, Hanya Yanagihara, and the likes. I think it is okay to re-read books because I have a new perspective each time, but I want to know a general opinion about this? Is it productive to re-read a book many times or should I cherish my initial opinion?
