if you grew up being a people pleaser like me, it can be so damn hard to set boundaries. but it was so great when I finally realized I simply didnāt have to say yes to everything/everyone.
it was wild. blew my mind. I highly recommend.
turns out boundaries can be kinda epic and awful at the same time
but I will recommend them because I can sleep at night knowing I stood up for myself and what I believe to be my truth , even though I wanted to Bend to someone elseās will so bad in order to not lose access to them.
