I am Kamuter. Well, thatās my music project. It started with me making music on my phone during my commutes from Brooklyn to Manhattan back in 2017. My first EP and full-length album were made entirely on my phone on the subway. Hence the name.
My latest full-length album, Beholder, is the result of me learning more music production during lockdown. I did not use my phone at all. And the album is a bit of a self portrait of things I was going thru and thinking about during that strange time.
Iād Love it if you checked it out. I released it as an album, but I also released every track as a single, and created a playlist with them all so you can experience the different artworks. Itās especially nice if you have Carplay or something like that.
I linked to my website which has other music and sound projects, but also links to different places to stream my music. You can also support me directly by purchasing my music on Bandcamp. But whatās the best is sharing it with others. Iām just one guy doing all of this, and what I really want is for folks to hear it and be inspired.

I dropped an album after a very long hiatus!
I unfortunately got into a pretty bad car accident (idk how iām alive) that set back the album a bit because of my recovery but after a long year of physical, emotional, and spiritual turmoil itās finally out and iām very happy with it!

so after years of working as a musician for other people, i decided to put out my own album - and it just came out at midnight last night!
i would usually self-deprecate in a situation like this for a whole slew of self-preservation purposes but i think iām just gonna try to be normal for a sec so uhhhhh

As someone on the spectrum, I ask that you learn about autism and its effects on a person living with it. And I donāt mean reading about it on Wikipedia, I mean reading about peopleās lived experience.
āIf you meet someone with autism, youāve met one person with autism.ā
At the very least, know that not everyone is āa little bit autisticā and every autistic personās experience is unique. So youāll never really understand it completely, but you could learn to support someone in your life who has it.
