It can be hard for me to do the activities that I actually want to do. I have been learning to play the guitar. In order to accomplish practicing everyday, I have been doing scales after all my meals when I can. This has become automatic that it feels weird when I can't practice, like if I am in the office.
I have also been trying to stretch more, so I have a specific TV show that I put on whenever I do yoga. It isn't perfect but it gets the work done. I guess I am a little addicted to multitasking in a way.
