stretching daily is, to me, where simply surviving ends and LIVING begins. I’m bad at being good about it, but I’m currently making a real effort to do it every single day.
rather than once every three business days for one hour stretches at a time. you’ll get better at your craft and see tangible results. half the time you end up running past 10 minutes bc you enjoyed yourself.
You should just try a little harder at being better at everything that you do, even if it is to rest. I don’t rest often, but once I find some balance I will.
