Greek yogurt bc protein and it’ll help mitigate a blood sugar spike. frozen mixed berries on top. if you’re using fresh fruit, you can pop it into the freezer for 5 mins or so after the last step but its not the same. layer a chocolate concoction on top (chocolate chips and a tablespoon-ish of coconut oil melted down). tart, chocolately, sweet but without being too sweet. I like it simple but nuts/seeds would be fun as well.

take your bowl of yogurt that you would normally eat. but except now, mix a generous spoonful of peanut butter right in there. make sure it’s mixed into an even consistency. experience the texture of clouds from heaven.

Good as breakfast, good with a glass of whiskey or wine, good as a snack, good as PMS binge eat. Try wildflower raw honey from whole foods, comes in squeeze bottle so it's easy to adjust drizzle. 🍯
