it could be waking up that day and getting stuff done or surviving a class or exam. maybe i got through a day or a particular event that i never thought i would or maybe just cause but just celebrating the small things i have accomplished by buying a sweet treat or food or something i’ve been eyeing for a long time

When I have to do difficult things, I reward myself with a treat afterwards. (i.e "I have a doctor's appointment but at least I get ice cream afterwards!") Obviously, a treat can also be free. (Reading a chapter from a book you like, taking a walk, chatting with a friend, listening to music, etc.) You can also plan out your outfit the day before. "Everyone is going to be soooooo jealous when I show up in this fit." Depends on if you like clothes like that or not.

i wear a face covering (the niqab) and whenever i'm inside with my girls and i can take it off i love making a big deal out of it and being like face reveal and my friends also jump on the bandwagon and act so shocked I LOVE IT
