the lore isn't that deep buuuuuuut reading everyone's responses reminded me that, around the time i was 25, i read something about trolls and online communities, and how the best spaces are the ones where people feel accountable to each other. i think anonymity plays a big influence in that, so i use my real name online because i want to normalize doing so, and also because i want to reduce the distinctions between online eth and irl eth.
