I do it a lot. I feel like it’s a great release man. When I was younger I just kept things bottled up (Where I’m from you kinda had to, can’t look weak). Now that I’m older I do it as much as I can man. It’ll kill you if you just let things build up and nobody wants to be that guy trust me. Let that shit out, I genuinely believe crying keeps you around longer.
