I made this bagel bc I ran out of sourdough. It never crosses my mind that a bagel is just waiting to have in egg in its hole! No waste of bread in the making of breakfast but not mid cooking snack so Iโm not sure how to feel.
I put cream cheese, avocado, green onions, and Cholula, I had to add some chili oil bc I had a lack of Cholula. :))
