Like an accidental mix of Nightmare on Elm Street and Spy Kids, available for free in a bunch of places
Alternatively, Idle Hands (1999) which is like an R-rated Disney Channel movie and one of the last incredibly 90s things to be made (The Offspring perform in it, Tom DeLonge cameos). Seth Greene is in both of these, I guess it was his niche

jjjjulia Idle Hands is more R rated Disney Channel movie and I'd say Arcade is more R rated version of a PSA you had to watch in school, but those are very good things imo

1. Bridge to Terabithia (2007) - I wanted to have my own little fantasy world down by the creek so bad. also I blame zooey deschanel in this movie for why I have a type 2. Star Wars Ep. III (2005) - bad dialogue be damned this movie goes so hard. clone troopers are cool and the Mustafar scene is incredible. 3. Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (2000) - I can’t believe (yes I can) that Disney retconned an already established Buzz Lightyear canon when they claimed Lightyear (2022) as the first Buzz Lightyear origin story. canonically this movie also existed in the Toy Story universe and is what the buzz action figure was based on. anyway it’s a super fun lil space adventure with some jokes that still hit. 4. The Brainiacs.com (2000) - this is the kinda late 90s early 2000s kids rule parents drool type media that needs to come back. we need more kids making rube goldberg machines and becoming smart toy entrepreneurs out of their bedrooms

SHORTS (2009)

It’s by the same studio as spy kids and shark boy and lava girl but was less popular. It was my childhood and has the same quirky and chaotic vibe but is definitely less tight of a storyline.
