An aspect of fitness that I've overlooked until now. Especially important if you do any work with your hands and don't want arthritis or carpal tunnel.
Plus people like big forearms.
Also donβt just use your hand to twist; rotate your whole forearm using your elbow as a fulcrum and angle your forearm further in than your hand to start. This will help you to apply more force
Somehow they've become my favourite body part in recent times. It's one part of my body that I can see is aging and I really like how it's going. They are strong and flexible and I have nice healthy nails. I have three calloused fingertips from playing the guitar and I keep my nails quite short and unpainted and I let them grow longer when I'm taking a break from instruments. I think you can tell that I play keys (although really I think that's from typing)
Poetically, this was going to be the last date before I delete Hinge and take a break for a few months.
