I donāt realise how crowded it can get in my mind sometimes. I like to set up an exotic spa-like environment in my room - candles, lights and all. Lie down, gently feel all of my body - starting from my forehead all the way down to my toes. All in silence, Iāve found this to be a deeper meditation - to realise the full extent of your physical being. This is all you! Everything youāve done in life has brought you here. It helps me empty my head, and make me more purposeful in everything I do
