I don’t realise how crowded it can get in my mind sometimes. I like to set up an exotic spa-like environment in my room - candles, lights and all. Lie down, gently feel all of my body - starting from my forehead all the way down to my toes. All in silence, I’ve found this to be a deeper meditation - to realise the full extent of your physical being. This is all you! Everything you’ve done in life has brought you here. It helps me empty my head, and make me more purposeful in everything I do Pic unrelated, I just wanna flood PI’s servers :p

Every night, I wait until the world goes quiet so I can be at peace with my thoughts. Often, I’ll play healing frequencies in the background of my bedroom for hours. lately I’ve been doing chores/sitting in Ubers/hanging out alone without music or podcasts and it is nice to just stare into space and experience ur thoughts sometimes…… Can be scary! But nice too :)
