1. Make a frappé. The original Greek kind.
4 tablespoons cold water.
2 teaspoons instant coffee.
A lil bit of sugar.
SHAKE LIKE HELL. Shake until the coffee becomes a fluffy cloud.
Traditionally, you pour this over ice and top with milk and more water.
But I prefer to make iced coffee and pour it over that.
Lately I've used McDonald's iced coffee K-cups and my favorite instant coffee from Walmart. No milk or creamer in this, and it's fuckkng amazing.

i live away from home, have been for almost 4 years now; i’m studying in a city far away from home, and like all college students, i need coffee to function 🙏 here are some things i do to keep the beverage interesting :)
• whipped coffee; beat instant coffee, sugar and a tiny bit of water till you see peaks forming, and pour in your choice of milk! can be had iced or hot. i love the little foam layer and bubbles that form on top.
• café medici(ish); add milk, cocoa powder and orange essence (pls don’t use orange juice because that’ll split the milk) to your instant coffee and you’ll have a rich, complex flavour which will warm you from the inside.
• cardamom café latte; prepare instant coffee in the normal way, add milk and sugar, and then add a pinch of cardamom powder! as an indian girlie, i love chai, so having coffee which reminds me of the flavour of chai is great ;)
• coffee cookie ice cream; get a tub of vanilla ice cream, and make a concentrated decoction with instant coffee. crush any cookies/biscuits off your choice. pour the decoction into the tub of ice cream and sprinkle in the crumbs as you mix. pop it back in the freezer for a while and then you’re done! enjoy.
• cran-coffee; if you’re not a fan of milk, make a weaker decoction of instant coffee, pour it into cold water, add some cranberry juice and sugar, with a twist of lime. top it off with some ice and you’ll have a refreshing earthy mocktail!

I feel like instant coffee gets a bad rep but it’s actually really good if you get over yourself and stop taking coffee so seriously all the time
i get the appeal of the espresso turned latte but have you tried a full cup of hot milk on a tablespoon of instant coffee?? or even half milk half water ratio will do

I love personal/portable DVD players and finally got one for Christmas. And I cannot recommend getting one enough.
Unfortunately, the battery is broken, so it doesn't hold a charge, but it works amazingly plugged in and this one has a car plug. Beautiful. Don't let these die.
Recently I've seen a resurgence in cassette players, and I really hope someone decided to revamp personal DVD players.
