My neck muscles my chest my waist my back my right eyebrow gut belly my intestines!! You don't even need a proper ritual. Or follow any steps. Just movement and feel that ache being pulled as you stretch :-)

Even just for 3 min! I instantly feel sleepy and less tense. Heres my routine: - reach arms all the way up, fingers together and turn inside out to stretch arms - reach down to touch toes and dangle there awhile - in this pose, bend each knee in turn to stretch hamstrings - stand again and hold foot up behind back and balance a little while. Repeat with other leg - lie down in bed with knees bent and together leaning to one side do spine twist stretch - done!

I've been integrating stretching into my daily routine for a while... It's the first thing I do when I wake up, the last thing I do before going to sleep, and I usually stretch once or twice throughout the day because of how stiff I become bending over at my desk shrimp-style working from home. Sore AWAY!!!

The puffin is the latest addition to more than 180 known species—many of them sharks, corals, and other marine animals—that emit a luminous glow. The fact that so many marine animals biofluoresce "tells us organisms are using light in ways we don't even see," John Sparks, curator of fishes at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

Python! Honestly very hard for me to get into - I have ZERO coding knowledge and nothing I could really latch onto - knowledge transfer is how I learn. But https://futurecoder.io/ is great (after lots of Redditing)

I read that happiness is when your expectations falls below the reality. A new mind project for April. Good prognosis.
