Laying on the ground

I don't really enjoy pillows like I prefer my head to be at body level if I'm flat on my back. And I like to lay on a more rigid surface than a mattress so a nice hard floor is peeeerfect

Walking + dancing

It's efficient AND it's fun. Sometimes when I'm walking home from work I'll do an extra little loop around somewhere to get extra songs in. When you get the perfect songs for the pace you're going it's just SO MUCH FUN 🕺
