this is an anti rec. i had three job interviews today for three different work places, tell me why im being grilled on what values of myself i take pride in, what my hobbies are, what i do in my spare time, why i should be employed, why i want the role, what i know about the establishment, AND MORE all for a minimum wage waitressing role at a generic pub?????? i’d understand if it was a professional role and required an intense interview but seriously what

Oh my god yes! Like brother I am not going to live to work here. I am working here to live. Also, I have worked in restaurants my ENTIRE life, literally have been rolling silverware since I was 3, why am I still not getting hired for jobs?? I am more than qualified!

just about to give a wise ass answer has me realizing how dreadful interviews must be if you’re passionate about the job and not just cynically trying to milk it for what it’s worth. I genuinely hope you get the job.
