i'm prepping for banh mi sandwiches tomorrow and just cut up a carrot, grated radishes, sliced a cucumber, and separated a whole red onion into little wedges. and got them in their containers with their vinegar and all. in silence. i'm ready for some music now but i'm sorta a new person after i get my Silent Veggie Chopping Time
