my office has a knife and cutting board so u best believe i'm bringing in a full-ass cucumber and bell pepper to chop up for my lunch salad. NO pre chopping veggies that end up soggy!!. we are getting paid to chop!

🔪i'm prepping for banh mi sandwiches tomorrow and just cut up a carrot, grated radishes, sliced a cucumber, and separated a whole red onion into little wedges. and got them in their containers with their vinegar and all. in silence. i'm ready for some music now but i'm sorta a new person after i get my Silent Veggie Chopping Time

Some mornings before heading to our office jobs, my neighbor drops by my apartment. I whip up some matcha lattes or other tea concoctions, then we set out to soak up the morning sun while admiring the unique architecture of our neighborhood. Sometimes, we team up to order groceries online and even take turns cooking dinner for each other. Tonight, I'm preparing a vegan bolognese, and last weekend, he gave me some peanut noodles. It's like having a friend on speed dial bahaha
