but not just greek yogurt - i need a shit ton of toppings on it - berries, fruit, chia seeds or pudding, walnuts, flax seeds, honey, jam, everything :)
Greek yogurt bc protein and it’ll help mitigate a blood sugar spike. frozen mixed berries on top. if you’re using fresh fruit, you can pop it into the freezer for 5 mins or so after the last step but its not the same. layer a chocolate concoction on top (chocolate chips and a tablespoon-ish of coconut oil melted down). tart, chocolately, sweet but without being too sweet. I like it simple but nuts/seeds would be fun as well.
