My grandparents live up there and I have lots of summer memories from this region, but coming back as an adult with my own kids hits different. π₯² So peaceful and quiet and mostly hidden away from tourists (no shade to tourists as long as they donβt trash the environment!!)β¦ feeling very lucky to have been able to escape there for a few days and enjoy our first lake visit of the summer. Highly recommend as a vacation spot to anyone visiting Michigan for the first time!
