Beets, carrots, and corn. These are all of my least favorite things. As I was making some pressed juices for the first time (specifically while I was making beet juice), I learned something new about myself. All my life I've never had a problem eating my veggies when 1 was a kid as opposed to the others. That is until my early adulthood. I've compiled a list of my least favorite vegetables: carrots, beets, and corn. Carrots, because I hate that they have this weird taste to them and contrary to belief, they don't help with your eyesight. Beets, I can't STAND the underlying smell of soil. It just has a lingering smell that fills my brain with a negative connotation. Donāt get me wrong, corn is great and all but the fact that it doesnāt digest just freaks me out! Now I know what you may be thinking āthis girl is ignorant and a picky eaterā to which I would say only one of those things is true. I would not consider myself a picky eater at all! I just have my likes and dislikes and Iāve been learning different ways to cook them or incorporate them into meals to learn to appreciate and like them! :) I hope you take this as a challenge for yourself. Make a list of your dislikes and see if you can overcome them, look at them in a different light. Maybe you were too quick to judge. After youāve tested them, you can finally find out for yourself one final time.
