Tenderstem Broccoli

Is the best veg. The anti-broccoli propaganda is slanderous. I think courgette might be the worst veg because it’s like someone took a cucumber and then made it slimy and also for some reason served hot. Gross.

BEST: mushroom

any type. shiitake, oyster, portobello, shimeji, etc etc. they’re so earthy and tasty. WORST: gotta be eggplants cannot stand the things. literally no redeemable qualities. and yes i did try them cooked and dressed in several ways, guess we just aren’t meant to be.
