I know they probably are on TikTok but I don't want an account there. Also, I want a thorough, detailed account on what people got 'cause I'm nosy. A half-assed TikTok is not enough.

Im really trying to get in my "record my life" era bc I really feel weird not having pictures of my adolescent years and at the same time trying to not feel too bad about consumerism when I feel it's justified, but I got a couple of cool things aside from my camcorder

I loathe short-form videos (tik-tok, IG reels, etc.). Every time I'm lured into watching one, I feel like I'm stuck in an episode of black mirror or starring in a clockwork orange. I can feel my attention span getting chiseled away with every vacuous second - and don't even get me started on the endless echo of copies and references.
Okay, I'm done with my old person rant now.
