I dream about the Sunday Supper Chopped. Located in the Delta terminal at LGA, Sunday Supper is an Italian restaurant with great food for an airport but their chopped salad is my Roman Empire. It’s nothing special to look at, but I’m telling you it is mouth watering. Every time I’m there I get it and the last time I wrote down the ingredients so I can attempt to make it myself.
Romaine Raddichio Red cabbage Red onion Roasted red pepper Chopped pepperoni Chickpeas Celery shredded provolone Artichoke hearts chopped Pepperocini
All chopped, tossed in a light Italian dressing. Add add’l protein if you want but not necessary.

🥗I would start by making salads at home! Experiment! Mix and match different veggies and toppings and dressings. My all time favorite salad is spinach with strawberries and pecans on it with balsamic vinegar dressing. Sometimes grilled mushrooms too. ITS BOMB ASF
If you are looking to eat a salad outside your home ask for the house salad at a nice restaurant. A Chipotle bowl loaded with lettuce is amazing too. The salad appetizer at Olive Garden is great.
Here's some of the basic kinds of salad you can try to make There is Caesar salad which is usually just lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese and caesar dressing. The dressing is slightly tangy but creamy. The salad has chicken on it sometimes. There is cobb salad which is the same as wedge. Lettuce, bacon, blue cheese, hard boiled eggs, and sometimes chicken. The dressing is a vinaigrette which is a really runny mix of oil and vinegar. There is chef salad. Same toppings as cobb/wedge salad except there is usually cheddar cheese and chopped lunch meat on it and it usually has a creamy dressing like ranch or thousand island. Thousand island dressing is like big mac sauce or ranch but a bit tangy. There is taco salad. Which is usually lettuce with tomato, beans, crushed tortilla chips, and other taco fillings. This is a white person Mexican food take. There are fruit salads and bean salads and pasta salads and they are all lovely. Pretty much mix together a bunch of stuff and you've got it!

🫠I looked so good but doctor required it and now I’m miserable, gaining weight and feeling like I’ve lost control. The food noise is deafening. But I’m proud of myself for doing what is necessary to bring a child into the world… is this what sacrifice feels like?

📺I'm rewatching Teen Mom 2 from the beginning because I miss the days of reality TV when the reality TV stars didn't understand what a social image was or how to act/not act, in front of the camera. There are few scenes as great in reality TV as Janelle Evans's lawyer telling her that she needed to go to jail on August 8th for 14 days. Janelle had concert tickets for a Ke$ha concert on August 9th and explained to her lawyer that she couldn't miss it because Ke$ha was her idol, and she had gotten feathers in her hair for it. She expected the judge to make an exception for her which is wild to me. What's more, Janelle does end up going to jail on August 8th and bails herself out with enough time to make it to her concert. So there was no lesson learned here anyway.
I have never found Ke$ha's music particularly moving, and at the time of filming, we didn't know about all of the Dr. Luke stuff that had been going on. I've never felt this strongly about anything except for, perhaps, my disdain for Angel Soft toilet paper. I suppose, if Angel Soft were the only toilet paper offered in jail, I too, would ask the judge to make an exception. I imagine that jail toilet paper is probably 1-ply and the judge would think I should be grateful for Angel Soft vs 1-ply toilet paper but I have a vendetta against Angel Soft so I would prefer to stick with the 1-ply.
I digress.
Janelle Evans felt more passionately about going to a Ke$ha concert than taking care of her 1-year-old child and getting her life straight and it is TV gold.

Did you ever watch Ghost Adventures? How about Kindred Spirits, Psychic Kids, or Celebrity Ghost stories? My friends and I decided to start a podcast called Paranormal Playback, recapping our favorite spooky "reality" tv shows.
