My mum is a British, middle class woman with absolutely no hip hop literacy. Someone recommended she listen to Andrรฉ 3000's "flute" album as she plays the flute in a local orchestra.
I played it to her. She was immediately disappointed.
It's run by an incredibly smart woman named Annie Rawerda, who has a sense of humour which really just fits.
Some post are poetic and profound, others are fascinating and enriching, but I am mostly there for the whimsey...
I've been loving this song the last few days. Especially the "La da da" hook. The album has some other great tracks to and he's definitely a good Wikipedia rabbit hole to fall down x
