For work tasks/deliverables. It‘s not a matter of procrastination. I won’t be able to take it seriously mentally and feel the necessary pressure to get it done otherwise.
Sometimes there isn’t a way to get yourself motivated prior so you just need to lie to yourself. Convince yourself the deadline is way before it’s due. Put it in your calander a week early. Get all your friends or peers to pretend or remind you about it being early so it feels more real. Might be hard at first but adhd peeps are pretty forgetful so it might work.
P.S. Chocolate is a great dopamine hit. Try only eating it when you have to do something you dread.
