I recently realized drinking 3-7 black coffees a day could be contributing to my anxiety.
Its wild. Definitely a rough start. Nowโ€”a few weeks without coffee or caffeinated drinksโ€”I feel much calmer.
My sleep and bruxism are improving. My motivation suffered but is on the rebound. Will report further updates.

Almost four weeks now without caffeine. I fucking love coffee, but this is one of the best things Iโ€™ve done for myself in a while. Better sleep, no more feeling like a zombie in the morning, less anxiety. 5/5.

the way my general sense of panic has diminished since i started cutting back on caffeine instead of starting my every day with it has been kind of a revelation. yeah i'm still anxious but that baseline AAAAA feeling & also quickness to spiral is gone.
