cucumber salad
it’s so simple and there are so many different options of what kind of cucumber salad to make. it is one of my go-to ways to eat veggies. or i just eat a can of green beans with salt lol my usual is salt, pepper, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, gochujang, sesame oil and garlic (jar or power depending on what i have). everything to taste!! it’s so delish.

bro u just slice the cucumber and throw in some lemon juice and soy sauce with some cayenne and garlic. it’s awesome!

CUCUMBER SALAD!
Literally the most delicious thing ever and super easy to make and customize. You can also throw it over rice, add chicken, add onion, add a fried or soft boiled egg on the side. The options are endless. It’s just chop the cucumber and add the ingredients for the sauce. There are hundreds of recipes online

Sometimes it’s called Thai summer salad and I love it. Cucumber, red onion, lime, cilantro or mint maybe. Or try sumi salad :)

crossing something off your bucket list
i went to loch ness today!! i’ve wanted to go there ever since i was a little kid reading my monsters and cryptids book from the book fair cause i was a freaky little spooky kid. did not see any monsters but i bought a little figurine from the nessie hunter guy in dore :)
